CONFERENCE REGULATIONS

Format of the conference: online. Detailed instructions for online connection will be provided to participants after their application is approved.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To participate in the scientific and practical conference, it is necessary to:

Submit an application by October 23, 2024
Send the article by November 30, 2024

The application and article should be sent to the email address of the conference organizing committee: .

SELECTION OF ARTICLES

The organizing committee will select presentations for inclusion in the programme and for publication. In the case of publication, the editorial board reserves the right to make changes and reductions to the texts of the articles that do not distort the main content.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

The topics of the presentations must align with the scientific directions of the conference. The article should be 4 to 8 pages long. Use A4 format, Microsoft Word text editor, Calibri Light font, 12 pt size, single line spacing, paragraph indent of 1.25 cm, margins: left 2.5 cm; right, top, and bottom 2 cm, justified alignment, automatic hyphenation, and pages should not be numbered.

References, figure titles, and table text should be in Calibri Light font, 11 pt size, with single line spacing. The list of references, tables, and figures should follow the Guidelines for the formatting of dissertations, abstracts, and publications (http://www.vak.org.by).

All formulas and symbols from Latin, Greek, and other alphabets must be typed using the built-in MS Word equation editor MSEQUATION 3.0. The languages for publications are Belarusian, Russian and English.

Articles will be checked in the "Antiplagiat" system at https://www.antiplagiat.ru/. The originality of the material must be at least 70%. Materials that do not meet the above requirements or the scientific level of the conference will not be considered.

Following the conference, a collection of conference materials is planned to be published as an electronic book for online distribution on the official website of the Educational Institution "Euphrosyne Polotskaya state university of Polotsk". The full texts of the articles in the collection will be available in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).
