Lifelong learning is the key to modern society development. The world is changing so fast that we all need to learn something new every day. It is not enough to work hard on your job, you should work hard on yourself. To be in demand on the labour market you need to improve your skills in different areas - even those that are completely unrelated to the main job.

Among a great number of fee-paying educational services there are also free ones that make continuing education available for everyone. One of them is BELL projectEnhancement of Lifelong Learning in Belarus co-funded by the European Union and held at Polotsk State University together with European and regional institutions.
